Live on acreage with our tiny farm and beautiful views. Looking for someone who is not too far away. Ages are 12, 10, 6, 5, 4, 3. Need a second adult to help! We are a family of faith and it's weaved throughout our day so looking for someone similar values. We need someone who loves our kids and is multi-faceted; can play, educate, organize, wash dishes, prepare food and remember details. Any big family has a lot going on so flexibility is important and the ability to handle a bit of chaos. Someone who is compassionate but also capable of setting boundaries when needed. This job isn't as much about experience but about giftedness. If you have been told you have a gift with children and can multi-task you're the kind of person we are looking for! This job will be very fulfilling in more ways than you could imagine.
