Job number: 10480 Engaging and Creative ROTA Nanny Location: Atherton, California. Schedule: ROTA, 7 days on/7 days off, 24/7 hours and live-in while on shift. Children: 2 and 4-year-olds. Duties: Childcare, overnight care, driving children, children's laundry, light housekeeping, purchasing children's items, managing family calendar, traveling with family. Requirements: Ideal Candidate has a minimum of 10 years of Nanny experience, recent experience with infants and toddlers, and experience working in a multi staffed household, candidate with ROTA experience and experience working in a structured setting reporting to a manager is preferred. Ideal Candidate is also loving, energetic, engaging, creative, caring and professional. Candidate must be proactive, resourceful, organized, and thoughtful in their approach. Candidate must be able to provide top level care, age appropriate activities with knowledge of milestones and a focus on learning and development. Candidate must ensure safety as the top priority and must swim. Candidate must be tech savvy and able to use various platforms for communication, logging data and information, and tracking milestones. Candidate must drive. Family can provide a vehicle while working. Candidate must be able to travel domestically and internationally for up to three weeks at a time. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, Tdap and MMR. Accommodations while on shift: private bedroom and private bathroom.
