I have a 3-year-old girl. I will need flexible care for her on some Mondays and Tuesdays from 9-1. Looking for someone with a flexible schedule, CPR and choking/first aid training, comfortable with nature/farms and child getting dirty. You would need a car to get to the Mesa in Arroyo Grande and be on a 16 acre avocado farm. A day would likely involve harvesting some food with the 3-year-old, going on adventures, pretend play, looking at animals and generally keeping her safe. Spanish speaking preferred (she is learning). She also understands Dutch.
