Full Time Nanny Needed For Precious 3 Year Old Boy

Hi, we are looking for someone who loves and gets boy energy. Our boy is almost 3 1/2 years old, but he's very advanced. Our situation is that we have had a full-time nanny since he was 6 months old, but she recently injured herself, and we don't know if she will be out for three weeks or three months. Possibly longer. So, this could turn into a long-term position. She was very active in keeping him outdoors and taking him on adventures in Santa Cruz and exploring the beaches in the forest. We like to keep him as physically active as possible. We have a core parenting philosophy around empowering him to do things. We have an immune compromised member of our household, so we are Covid cautious, and try very hard to not get him sick or us sick. Both of us work from home.
