I am looking for a great nanny for 2 children (twin boys) in Apple Valley. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping-just maintaining the mess the twins make during the day). I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has some college experience and/or degree.
