We have a 1.5-year-old toddler and another one soon coming in August. Would love to find someone to help raise them for the next few years. Both husband and I work as physicians but we have some minor flexibility in our schedules and have both sets of grandparents within short drives from the house, so hours can be flexible and vary as needed. The house has 5 bedrooms, would love to have one plus bathroom for the nanny. Driving is not necessary though there's plenty of space for parking if that's a preference.
