Personal Aide For Special Needs Teen

We're looking for part- to full-time help with our 17-year-old son. Our son is developmentally disabled. He is 17, 4'8", weighs 122 pounds, can walk, is nonverbal, but is still in diapers (but will go on the potty on a schedule.) Our primary need is help with his meal prep and feeding supervision, laundry, light housekeeping related to his needs, safety, taking him on daily community outings, and personal care/hygiene. The ideal applicant has his/her own vehicle. Our primary need is Friday - Sunday, 1:30 - 9:30 p.m. or so. We are open to a live-in and can provide more hours if needed. We are a loving family and very involved in the world of children and adults with disabilities. You must be ok with dogs as we have two very loving and needy shepherd mixes. No recreational drugs. Smoking ok as long as it's outside.
