Overnight Nanny For 8-Month-Old For 3 Nights A Week

I'm looking for an overnight nanny/babysitter for my 8-month-old son. My husband and I will be home. My son is sleep-trained, and he sleeps in his crib in his own room. There is a full-sized bed in the room, where you'll be able to sleep while he's sleeping. He's currently experiencing a sleep regression and a growth spurt, so he wakes up hungry 1 to 2 times per night. The shift would be 10p-6 a.m. for 3 consecutive nights per week: either Sunday-Tuesday, Monday-Wednesday, or Tuesday-Thursday. The job will last at least through the end of February 2025. The rate is negotiable. We also have 2 well-behaved dogs.
