Seeking a trusted nanny for our 4-month-old baby boy. Must haves: -recent infant experience -genuine love for babies -good understanding of child development -patient -nurturing and loving -reliable and trustworthy -responsible and proactive -strong communication and connection to our child and family -good following schedules (eat, play, sleep), wake windows -must follow gentle / respectful parenting practices -light housekeeping duties related to baby (washing bottles, laundry, sanitizing toys, etc) -must be infant and CPR certified, choking and first aid informed, prioritize child's safety -background check and references required -must love dogs (friendly bernadoodle at home) -both parents work hybrid schedules so may be home throughout the week Look forward to hearing from you!
