My partner and I are looking for a babysitter who is available for flexible afternoon and evening care for our 7-month-old son. The schedule changes weekly based on the demands of our jobs. Our baby isnt crawling yet, but will be soon. He loves floor time, being read to and playing. Wed prefer someone who was bilingual, but this isnt a deal breaker
