About the job
We are looking for a part-time nanny/babysitter to play with an energetic, opinionated 5-year-old boy and busy 3-year-old girl while mom works from home. The ideal candidate will engage the kids in creative play inside and outside and be able to patiently manage emotional outbursts from the 5-year-old. Qualifications - previous childcare experience - reliable transportation to our home (transporting children not required, although there is a park within walking distance, you're welcome to use with the kids) - comfortable around a large, friendly, hypoallergenic dog - non-smoker, up to date vaccinations - willing to commit to position at least through the rest of the school year (position is available through September, possibly longer)
