My mother in law has cared for my eldest daughter for the last two years. I recently had a set of twins. We are now looking for an additional person to help her with the care of my children. On a regular basis she feeds, plays, changes, and has set a structured routine for my children. We drop off my kids at around 730 a.m. and pick up at around 430 p.m. I'm hoping for the additional helper to join in from 8 a.m. to around 130pm, when my 2-year-old goes down for a nap. These times may change based off need, but will be regular once a schedule is figured out.
