10-20 Hrs Per Week M-Th For 5 Month Old

We are looking for a Nanny for our infant for when I go back to working in home. Each week will be about 10-20 hours. Looking for someone who does not depend on the 20 hours every week as well as flexible with time off. We are looking for someone who will engage with our baby during his wake windows and conducting light housekeeping during his naps. Hours are most likely going to be mid-morning through early afternoon. We have a small dog, applicant will need to be ok with dog in the house. We are looking for someone who wants to follow our parenting style and who wants to be integrated within our family.
