We would like to have someone take care of our newborn boy, changing diapers, feeding milk, playing non electronic games with him, taking him for walks around the neighborhood. Schedule will be 7-8 hours 5 days a week. It would be helpful if nanny is comfortable with the smells of Indian food, we cook everyday. The babys grandparents will be around for few months.
