Mother's Helper Needed For 3 Kiddos Under 4 Years Old

I'm looking for a "mother's helper" to help me in the mornings with my 3 children (1 month, 2 years, and 3. 5 years old). Three kids under 4 years old means that I will need help keeping the toddlers busy at the house, holding the baby, or helping with the house during downtime. I will be home at all times and will continue to be very hands on with all three kiddos. I just need backup. We do have a dog, so please consider that when applying.
