Nanny Needed For My 4 Month Old Daughter.

We are looking for a nanny who we can, hopefully, count on long term. My wife is a work from home mom and is looking for some help once I go back to work. Our baby girls name is Z and she will be almost 4 months old at the time we are looking to hire in mid-January. I am looking for someone who is patient, caring, loving, very gentle and nurturing. I would love lots of interaction while baby is awake such as playing music, talking, dancing and tummy time or playing on her swing in the backyard. During nap time we might need help with some light house pick up or putting dishes in the dishwasher. My wife will be home working, she doesn't mind helping in between as Z is also breastfed so she sees this as more of a team effort. Looking for someone who is bubbly, loves kids and not too shy to baby talk, friendly, and who is eager to help.
