Nanny Needed For Twin Baby Girls

We are new parents to twin baby girls. We are looking for childcare while we are at work, 8 hrs/day Monday-Friday (40 hr/wk). We'd like to do trials in January to make sure we are a good mutual fit, starting full-time 3/17. We are looking for help changing, feeding, and cleaning them. We will also need help with prepping & washing their bottles, their laundry, and light tidying-up. When they are awake (right now rare), we may ask you to help us read to or play with them. We love the outdoors and avoid screens. We intend one of us (mom/dad/grandma) to be around most of the shift to help. PTO and sick leave included. Pay based on experience and credentials. We are clean, respectful, and punctual, and value the same in you. We are a pet and smoke-free home. We will request references and a Fingerprint Clearance, and can provide the same.
