Need Help Babysitting And Getting Two Kids To/from School!

We need help with lots of childcare on specific weeks where I'm traveling for work and my wife can't handle all the kids' drop-offs and pick-ups due to her schedule! The first of these weeks is Feb. 24-28! We're looking for someone who can watch our 7yo between 7-9am, then drop her off at school for the day. We also need help from 3-6pm, beginning with picking up the 7yo and 4yo and hanging out with them until my wife gets home from work, which is usually around 6 p.m. We need someone with a reliable car for transporting kids--we can supply the car seats!--and being comfortable around dogs is a plus! We'd like to start by having someone come by for a few paid babysitting gigs at more normal "date night" hours and hopefully things go well from there!
