Part Time Nanny For Baby

My son is 2 months old. Right now he's on a schedule of sleep-play-eat. For play, he does some tummy time and/or a short walk outside. I'm looking for someone to watch him while I work for a few hours on Tuesday-Thursday. I'm flexible on what those hours are exactly, but I would prefer 10am-3 p.m. The caregiver should be experienced with caring for a 3-month-old baby. I will need the caregiver to drive to my home. There is plenty of parking available. Unfortunately, there is no access to public transit. I have 1 dog who is an Australian Shepherd mix. he is super playful and energetic when he considers you to be apart of the herd. It takes him a couple days to warm up to unfamiliar guests so someone who is good with dogs is a must.
