Our baby is everything and I need someone that will focus all of their attention on her while in our home. You won't have any additional duties besides caring for our baby girl. I do have older children that will pop in and out periodically, my wife will be working from home and the home is equipped with cameras inside and outside. We do have the expectation that you will play and work on skill development and learning with the time you spend with M and only use your cell phone periodically.
