Nanny Needed For Active 2.5 Year Old In Foothills

My husband and I are moving to Tucson and looking for a nanny to help take care of our 2.5-year-old daughter. Our ideal candidate is familiar with conscious parenting/gentle parenting approaches and comfortable with handling temper tantrums and potty training. Our daughter loves to play and is very active, especially outdoors. We would love someone who is down to play and get on her level with toddler activities. Would also love help with meal prep, light cleaning and planning toddler activities. We are looking for someone to work 4 days a week - we are open to the days available. I currently work from home and am planning on taking maternity leave by mid-April (another baby on the way). Please note: this job is until I go on maternity leave with potential to come back in mid-August after the baby is born. Starting pay $20 for now.
