Looking to find a skilled caregiver to care for my three kids. I'm a SAHM so the hours will vary- some weekdays, some weekends. My kids are 6, 3, and 1. They can be a handful for someone who has not spent much time with kids. I would prefer to have someone watch them who has had kids of their own. Care will including preparing food, nap and bedtime routines, and some light housekeeping (mainly just cleaning up after messes created during the time they are there). We do have cameras in our home and while we do not watch them regularly, the sitter should be comfortable with having us be able to see what is happening.
