Mothers Helper Needed

My family is looking to hire a part time mothers helper. We have a 5-year-old son and a 1-month-old newborn. Our newborn is bottle fed. I work from home but when I'm between meetings want to be with my little one. We do have a weekly cleaning lady however some general clean-up will be needed. Main Duties +Laundry (both the kids and ours) +Errands +Drop off of 5-year-old to school every morning (five min away) +Walk dog 15 min daily (2-year-old mini-Aussie) +Diaper changes +Prepare 5-year-old lunchboxes +Meal prep (cutting, cooking, and preparing of fresh healthy meals +Playing and engaging with newborn Time Needed: 7am-Noon (Five hours a day) Days Needed: Mon Tue, Wed, Fri Family dynamics: +liberal +grandparents live 5 min away and are very involved +vaccines non-negotiable +no tv for kids
