I work from home some days to care for my baby, but as she gets older its been increasingly difficult to work effectively and give her the attention I want to. I feel like I'm doing a disservice to my baby by having boring days where I have to try to keep her distracted instead of engaged. I'd be working from home while the caregiver provides her with attention, fun activities, learning and practicing skills, and even going out for some socializing at times. It may lead to a set up where I stop working from home. Ideally, I want my baby to be able to have variety in her day that allows for her to build off of her current abilities and have fun.
