Nanny/preschool Teacher For 2 Year Old

We have had in home care for our 2-year-old since she was born and love the relationship we have built. Our little girl is getting to the age where we have to decide between preschool and staying at home so were seeking out in home childcare providers with early childhood development experience (ideally Montessori or other play-based curriculum) Ideally looking for someone with early childhood education to introduce learning concepts to our 2-year-old. In addition, looking for someone who will help us manage simple aspects of our home (keeping up on laundry, emptying dishwasher, make sure playroom is tidy at end of shift)
