Part Time Support For WFH Mom Of 3mo Baby

I am planning to start ramping up my freelancing again and am looking for support to help care for my 3mo baby while I am WFH. He is currently EBF, so an ideal candidate would be willing to provide light support in other areas while he feeds (like baby laundry or tidying up his things). We have a Dutch shepherd, so comfort with large dogs is important. She is a real sweetheart who loves people! I tend to be mildly granola in my approach to motherhood, like trying to reduce polyester and plastic or being EBF, as previously mentioned. I wouldn't describe myself as extreme with it, but if you are overall comfortable with a "natural" approach, we will get along well. This job would start in the neighborhood of 6-10 hours a week, potentially increasing later on. I can be flexible around hours, timing, and pay if you are a good fit.
