Babysitter For Our Sweet, Sassy 1 Year Daughter

I have an energetic, funny 15-month-old daughter that we are looking for someone to help out every so often. I work from home, but will be traveling a lot as well coach volleyball. My husband is in and out with his business. We have two dogs and we are looking for the right person to welcome into our home. There is a park close to us and our daughter loves to be outside. She'll explore for hours. We do limit screens around her, but you are more than welcome to relax while shes napping! She loves to eat, learn new things, dance to music, and run around giggling. Right now we are focusing on independent play, learning new words, and giving her choices on what she wants to do. We need someone who is engaged but don't expect you to teach her anything. She's just a 1-year-old who wants to have fun!
