Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Tempe

My husband and I are both professors at and live near campus with our 13-month-old son and 4-year-old daughter. Our daughter goes to preschool at , but that school only starts at age 2, so we are looking to hire a nanny to watch our son. His grandmother will watch him in the afternoons, but we are looking for someone to watch him in the mornings. We were thinking 3-4 days a week from 9-1, although we have some flexibility. One of us will likely work from our home office most of the time, especially in the beginning, but we may also both go to campus sometimes. We are also a bilingual household speaking German/English so someone who speaks German would be particularly exciting, although this is definitely not a requirement. We'd also be happy to add some occasional evening or weekend babysitting.
