About the job
Seeking a caregiver for two children; ages 7 (boy) and girl (3). A caregiver who identifies as a Christian would be ideal, but not necessary. My kids participate in church and homeschool based on a Christian curriculum. Regular hours would be 6 pm-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Rate is $20 per hour since parent(s) will be present while in the home and can help if/whenever needed. Both kids have gone through early childhood trauma, therefore, they require extra gently care and especially a soft, loving voice. Evening time is difficult for my son especially who is afraid of the dark and loud noises (has been diagnosed with PTSD). Your main job would be help with calming activities and a strict bedtime routine. Frequent nightmares occur shortly after falling asleep for my son so helping getting back to sleep before leaving as well.
