Nanny Needed For My Newborn In Tempe.

We're trying to prepare for child care once I return to work after maternity leave. Since he's a newborn, his routine changes as he grows. But right now he naps several times throughout the day, feeds every 2 hours & loves being held/walked around. We are looking for someone who will care for our baby like their own & keep him safe. We're super flexible people & very big on communication. I would appreciate having someone to put my mind at ease while we're at work (ex: sending picture updates, checking in throughout the day, alerting us if anything seems off at all, etc). This being our first baby, we're also learning as we go. It'll be hard to return to work & navigate this new journey but we'd love to have someone we feel comfortable with to be part of this journey with us & someone who will love on this sweet boy when we cant! :)
