About the job
My oldest son is no officially diagnosed with autism or adhd. We believe that he may be on the spectrum. So patience and kindness towards him would be appreciated. If my baby cries I except him to be treated as if I'm the one caring for him. When he cries, I immediately check his three major needs. Diaper, food, and sleep. He does not ever cry for no reason. I believe babies cry to communicate a need. Either those three major needs or emotional needs such as needing to feel safe or close to someone he trusts.
