Caring & Trustworthy Sitter Needed

I have a 1. 5YR old boy who is very loving and joyful. He does love quality time which is why we would love someone who genuinely enjoys kids. Both my husband and I work full time- some days my husband will be working from home but even on those days we still need help with childcare. Also I work full time so need help up keeping the house of daily tidying. My son does have a pretty routine schedule and does well with it. He does not have any health issues, we just need someone who can dedicate fun learning one-on-one time with him while we are unable to. Also we'd like to start with an orientation day - a day that I am home and can show the caregiver the ropes and sons routines just to make the transition smoother. This orientation day would most likely be a Friday or Saturday as those are my days off.
