Our work schedule varies but every week monday - Wednesday is our busiest. We need someone who can be flexible with that. Our daughter is 8 months old and learning a lot. Preferably would like someone who has experience working with littles and helping with their development. I do not want someone who is going to come over and be on there phone while with my daughter. We are also a Christian household and would prefer someone with the same beliefs as us but I am open to others who don't but are respectful of our beliefs.
