Flexible, Fun, And Honest Caregiver Needed!

Looking for a trustworthy, fun, and flexible in-home caregiver for our 3-year-old. Schedule will be provided 2 weeks in advance. We are looking for someone for both weekly hours and backups. This position varies in days but hours will remain the same so flexibility is required. We estimate 20 hours a week, but this is not guaranteed. Both parents are in medical field and require a high level of reliability. One parent will be home during time of care. Caregiver will also be utilizing a faith based home-school preschool program and will follow a set schedule that encourages interactive and thematic learning. We understand circumstances change, but we would love to have someone that can be consistent in our child's care for the next year. Ideally, we'd prefer someone with a college education or currently pursuing one in related fields. We are an easy, fun, and honest family to work with. Our child has a great consistent schedule and is very easy going. Pay is based on experience, references, and education. This is negotiable for the right candidate.
