Part-time Nanny For 9 Yo Son

Hi! I am looking for help with afterschool transportation and care for my 9-year-old son while I am at work. I am looking for someone who is loving, nurturing, and not shy about giving hugs. Someone who is reliable and flexible, understands child development, mental health and special needs. Someone who can be active and play, but can also be comforting, calming and supportive. Depending on how the school day goes, after picking him up from school, he may want to do something active (park, bike, library) or he may just want to go home for some down time. We do have a dog, so being comfortable with pets is a must. The job does not require taking care of our dog, but understanding he will be at the house and will want to interact.
