Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Sedona

I'm looking for a babysitter who has experience with special needs and/or is comfortable working with my son, who has Asperger's. it would be a part-time position to start but could evolve into a full-time nannying position. More specifically, I am a psychologist who has clients flying into Sedona and, depending on the timing of their trips, I may need more or less care. It's super-flexible otherwise :)
