Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Scottsdale.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Scottsdale. Often times we would like our boys to go have play dates at locations outside our house like the park, KTR, train park so we can be home. Other times, structured crafts, reading, and playing at the park by our house would be ideal while we were out. We are very easy to work with, conservative, always aim for a win/win & need a firm, fun and compassionate sitter. Our 10-year-old has some very high functioning special needs. He is a total sweetheart, but loves to be in charge. He responds great to energetic, creative sitters who have no problem saying no like we do.. but do so with great kindness. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
