We are seeking a qualified candidate to care for our two daughters (3 years old and 7 months old) in our home. Their primary care while my husband and I work has always been family. We desire kind soul who is energized and can balance play with our toddler while also supporting the development of our infant. Ideally, you'd ensure their nutritional needs were met. Our toddler loves snacking between her 3 main meals. Our infant is bottle fed with breastmilk and is slowly being introduced to the world of solids. You would be comfortable taking our toddler to the restroom and changing our infants diaper. You would need to be able to put our infant down for naps and continue to foster play with our toddler. We have a rough daily schedule we follow to create structure and routine. It has been successful for both girls.
