Mom/dad will be home during care times, however, we are just looking to have an extra pair of hands during high-volume work hours. Both parents have ability to work from home, so the other parent just needs the extra set of hands during the specified hours for our newborn. Because a parent is home in addition to assistance with feeding times, changing, bathing there may be some light housework or potentially meal prep to help fill the time. Our schedule can change a bit, and there is potential for more hours during the week on an as needed basis if caretakers availability permits.
