Looking For 2 Day Nanny For 10 Month Old

Hello, I am looking for a part-time nanny on Thursdays and Fridays 9:30am-3pm, for our 10-month-old son. My husband and I both work from home, in and out of meetings throughout the day. Our son is crawling, pulls himself up to standing, and very active! We're looking for someone who is nurturing, patient, hands-on, and communicative. We need someone who is comfortable going up and down stairs with a 20lb baby (the nursery is on the second floor) and who doesn't mind large dogs (we have two friendly greyhounds). In addition to care and feeding of our little guy, the ideal nanny would also be willing to help with baby-related cleaning during naps, like washing bottles, pumping parts, highchair after meals, keeping the nursery tidy, etc.
