(www.rachelsyoungatart.com) Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Art Instructor to lead our children's art classes and camps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education, a love for working with children, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement art lesson plans and activities tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Lead art classes and camps, providing instruction in various mediums and techniques. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression. Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Collaborate with the team to plan and organize art events, exhibitions, and showcases. Maintain art supplies and materials, ensuring they are used effectively and responsibly. Qualifications: Previous experience teaching art to children in a classroom or camp setting. Proficiency in various art mediums and techniques is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate young artists. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
