Looking for someone who is comfortable watching our 9-month-old long term a 2+ days a week. We both work from home but would like to be able to go work from coffee shops, go to the gym between meetings, feel more productive with some support around. Open to occasional weekend help for date nights, etc. Someone experienced with the routine of meals, activities during wake windows, diapers, and nap times. We want someone who will be present with her and on the floor playing, comfortable being goofy with her, etc. Preferably someone that can grow with our family long term.
