Nanny Needed For 1 Infant Scottsdale - Paid Vacation And Sick Time

Our son was born late October of this year and will be about 3 months at the start of care. This would be an indefinite need. Our son does not have any major health issues. I work from home and exclusively breastfeed. I like to nurse during care when I can, but have pumped breastmilk for when I am on calls. I do not micromanage and won't be in the way. We've had great nannies for our older son who were passionate about his development and we hope to find that again! Tummy time, reading books, no screen time - singing is a bonus :). We have a small, 10lb, 9-year-old hypoallergenic dog who is very friendly and doesn't bite. We go out of town semi regularly but will always pay you during scheduled hours regardless. Offering 2 weeks (8 days) paid vacation time and 4 paid sick days.
