Nanny For 2 Year Old Daughter

Hello, I am looking for a nanny for my 2-year-old daughter. The schedule would be variable, but I am open to accommodating your availability. I may need help some evenings or during the day while I run errands and such. The hours could be up to 30-40 per week if needed. The schedule will most likely be every other day for around 4 hours at a time. Ideally, I would like someone who will not let my daughter have screen time, but instead play with her and help teach and actively engage her. My daughter is already potty trained and eats anything, but I will likely be handling all meal times, baths, and other caregiving duties.
