We need a in-home nanny with flexible hours for a very easy 4-month-old baby boy. Varying schedule between the hours of 8 to 5 (husband has varying work hours) to total approx. 20 hours a week. More hours required when Mom occasionally travels for work. Mom works from home and can assist when needed. Looking for someone who is super reliable and will show up on time.
