About the job
We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 young children in North Scottsdale. 15hrs minimum a week, but can flex to 20-25hrs for the right candidate. Must have experience caring for children ages newborn to 3 years old. Be willing to engage children in nature-based activities (art projects and pretend play). Prepare organic meals and snacks for the children. Follow gentle parenting beliefs with boundaries, providing empathy, not discipline. Assist with organizing the play areas. Additional considerations: Looking for someone professional, reliable, punctual, and consistent. Adherence to no screen time or personal phone use during work hours. Love of dogs. Use of healthy and chemical-free products (no fragrances).
