About the job
Hi there! Im a mom of 4 attempting to work from home full time. My 2 olders would be in school during the hours I need help. My younger 2 are 2 and 9 months. My 2-year-old boy is a little wild but also EXTREMELY independent and such an easy dude. He just needs help with diaper changes, getting on/off the high chair, and making sure he doesnt color on the walls. My 9-month-old is generally awake for about 4 hours a day. Shes been waking up between 10 and 1130 a.m. for the day to eat and army crawl anroun and going back down for her nap around 2 then youd be gone by the time shes up again. Im currently looking for help on Thursdays. I work from 8-3p on Thursdays but am in meetings from 830-1230 which is the most help I need and am flexible the hours after 1230. I have someone helping on other days and eventually want just one person.
