My wife & I will be looking for part-time childcare, starting in April, for our 2 1/2-year-old and 3-month-old baby. We will need care 1-2 days per week, approximately 12 hours per day (12-24 hours per week), with the opportunity for additional hours here and there. Hours will be approximately 5:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Weekdays only. Days of the week are not always the same, but there is some flexibility to work around days you may be unavailable due to other commitments (other nanny family, school, etc). I am a nurse so my days vary but schedule can be provided 6 weeks in advance. Can discuss more what this would look like.
