Long Term Nanny For My 7month Old

Hi I'm Janessa. I'm currently in nursing school so I am looking for someone to be flexible with my days of the week. My daughter is currently 7 months old. She's always on the move and loves to play with toys with you. She's on a good schedule, napping for a couple hours and learning to eat foods! As she grows I'm looking for someone to stay and grow with us long term. I also have two dogs and cats who are very loving and usually just mind their own business.
