Childcare For Two Young Children About 28 Hours A Week

Looking for baby sitter for 2 young children for about 28 hours a week. We would love someone who is willing to read with them and take them outside. Someone firm, gentle, and positive. Will need help with potty training for 3-year-old who is resistant but does sit on toilet. Mother works remotely from home office. Only housekeeping requested is cleaning up after children. Pets are largely outside of the home, dependent on weather. Light meal prep for children as needed. We need someone for at least 2 months between Now and mid May but may want to extend job through the summer and beyond. Open to half day schedules either AM or PM, and shorter terms (1-2 weeks at a time) with the right candidate.
